Ingredients
Directions
8 oz of the pasta of your choice ( I use bowtie)1 pint of half and half1 cup of chicken broth1 bag of Tyson's grilled chicken strips3 cloves of garlic1 Tbsp of olive oil1/2 cup of chopped onion1/2-1 cup of grated parmesan cheese1 chopped tomatosalt pepper
Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and onion and heat until the onion is opaque. Meanwhile, boil water and cook the pasta. Add the half and half to the mixture, then add the cheese. When the sauce is thickened add the chicken, chopped, and gradually add the chicken broth. ( leave some to add after adding the pasta) Let simmer. When the sauce is as thick or thin as you want add the pasta to the mixture. Add chicken broth if needed. Then add the chopped tomatoes and remove from the heat.
