Homemade Pancakes

Ingredients
Directions
1 1/2 c flour1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt2 T sugar1 1/2 c skim milk1 egg2 T unsalted butter, melted and cooled
Stir together dry ingredients
Beat egg into milk
Add melted butter
Combine wet and dry ingredients, stir until just mixed.
Pour into preheated skillet or griddle
Cook 2-3 minutes, flip, cook until golden.
Makes 22 3 inch pancakes
