Olive Garden Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1/2 cup white wine vinegar1/3 cup canola oil1/4 cup corn syrup3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese2 tablespoons dry pectin2 tablespoons egg substitute1 1/4 teaspoons salt1 teaspoon lemon juice1/2 teaspoon minced garlic1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes1 pinch dried oregano1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender on low speed for 30 seconds.
2. Chill for at least 1 hour.

    This was good, but I didn't think it tasted like Olive Garden's dressing, similar though. I did use olive oil instead of canola oil, but otherwise no changes. - 5/16/11
