Baked Perch

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs perch fillets2 medium onions1/4 lb mushrooms, sliced1 cup plain, dried breadcrumbs1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped2 Tbsp melted, saltedbutter
Directions
Cover the bottom of a baking dish with thinly sliced onion. Add a layer of sliced mushroom. Place perch on top and cover with breadcrumbs and chopped parsley. drizzle butter evenly over top. Bake 6-10 minutes at 425 degrees until fillet is opaque throughout.
