Szechwan Chicken and Whole wheat pasta

Ingredients

1 lb 100% whole wheat pasta1 tsp olive oil1 bunches green onions cut into 1/2 inch pieces1 lb chicken breast, no skin, cut in cubes2 tbsp grated fresh ginger3 garlic cloves1 bag (12-16 oz) frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, cabbage1 can (14oz) low sodium chicken broth1/3 cup stir fry sauce1/4 cup natural peanut butterTabasco sauce to taste (optional)
Cook pasta according to directions on package
Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over med high heat.
Add green onions and cook 1 minute or until wilted.
Transfer to bowl.
In same skillet, cook chicken, ginger and garlic until chicken is no longer pink.
Stir in vegetable blend, broth, stir fry sauce, peanut butter and green onions, heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to medium and simmer until vegetables are tender-crisp and sauce is slightly thickened.
Add chicken mixture to cooked pasta and toss.
Add Tabasco sauce if you would like more kick.
