Chicken Paprika

* 8 breast, bone and skin removed * 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted, * 1tsp Olive Oil, * 4 fl oz White Wine * 3 small bunches fresh Broccoli, cut up * 2tsp Garlic Salt * 1 tbsp black pepper * 1 tbsp paprika * 1/2 cup fat free half and half
Season chicken breasts with garlic salt, pepper and paprika. Spray with Olive Oil spray and then melt butter in large frying pan over medium-high heat. When butter begins to foam, add chicken pieces and let sit for 3-5 minutes until nice and browned on one side then flip over and brown second side. Remove Chicken from pan to platter and keep warm.
Toss broccoli florets into pan, lower heat to medium and cook for 3 minutes and then add chicken back to pan. Deglaze pan with white wine and reduce by half. Add fat-free half and half and heat through.
