Mom's Granola Cereal

Ingredients
6 Cups Oats2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour2 Cups Wheat Germ1/2 teaspoon Salt1 Cup Oil1/2 Cup Water1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients except brown sugar in a large bowl. Mix in large pan oil, water and vanilla. More over dry ingredients and mix well with spoon. Spread on cookie sheet. Bake at 225 degrees for 2-3 hours. Let cool then break apart. Store in airlock container on shelf.

May add mix in's of your choice..ie; Raisins, Almonds, Coconut, Dried Fruits.. just remember to add the calories for those add in's
