Chicken breast burger and chips

Ingredients
1 chicken breast10 sprays fry light (or low cal spray)1 potatolettuceextra light mayo1 roll
Directions
1 serving is for the whole reciepe:
--> wrap the chicken breast in foil
--> peel the potato and cut into french fries size peices (roughly 16)
--> place both the chicken and the potato on a baking tray and spray the potatoes with low cal spray and season as desired
--> cook on gas mark 6 for roughly 70-80 mins, or until the chips are crispy
--> cut the roll in half
--> unwrap the chicken breast and put in the roll, top with lettuce and extra light mayo
--> put the chips onto the plate and serve
