Omelette with cheese

Ingredients
Skim milk, 2 cups3 Medium eggsSour cream, 1 tbsp3 dashes of salt1/4 of a tomatoLowfat cheese, 100 gramsExtra lean ham, 1 sliceBlack pepper, 2 dashesRed pepper, 1 dash
Directions
Mix eggs with milk, add sour cream and salt.Blend with a mixer.Cut tomatoes, add half to eggs, the other half fry with ham for a couple of minutes.Half the cheese and pepper add to eggs mix, blend with mixer well.Cook 'till ready.Add the rest of the cheese on top.
