Dan's Black Bean Burger

Ingredients
4 cups dried black beans (prepared)3 tbs Mrs. Dash Italian Seasoning1 oz Garlic6 oz. Onion4 oz. Carrots1 cup Quaker Oats (unprepared)4 oz Fresh Mushrooms3 oz Red Bell Peppers2 egg whites
Directions
Made 19 Patties

Mash prepared black beans to a paste and add oatmeal. Mix very well.
Finely chop vegetables with food processor and add to bean mixture.
Add Mrs. Dash and mix well.
Add egg whites and mix well.
Form patties and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in 375 degree oven for 12 minutes on each side.
Freeze for either microwaving or grilling.
