Ingredients
Ground beef, extra lean, 16 ozEgg, fresh, 1 large12 Saltine Crackers, crushedInstant Oats Cereal, 1/4 cup, dryTomato Sauce, 15 oz (3/4 can mixed into meatloaf. 1/4 can spread on top)Onion PowderGarlic PowderSaltPepper(to taste)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and place in loaf pan. Cook for one hour. Makes 8 slices.
