Whole Grain Pancakes

Ingredients
3/4 c. Mother's Oat Bran Creamy hot cereal1/2 c. whole wheat flour3 Tbsp. whole grain oats1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 large egg1 oz. unsweetened applesauce1 c. Buttermilk, lowfat
Directions
1. Preheat skillet on medium heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingrediens.
3. Add in the wet ingredients.
4. Mix dry & wet ingredients until just combined.
5. With a small 1/4 cup ladle, place a ladle-full in the pan. My pan holds two at a time.
6. Cook 2 minutes per side.
7. Makes 4 2-pancake servings.
