Sausage Lentil Throw-together

Ingredients
1 1/2 c lentils1 lb of pork sausage1 can rotel (diced tomatoes w/ chilies)2 tsp minced garlic1 tsp garlic salt2 tbsp salt1 tbsp dried, minced parsley1 c shredded mozarella cheese
Directions
Brown, drain and rinse sausage. Cover lentils with water. Add the seasonings and boil for approx 20 minutes. Drain off most of the liquid. Mix all of the ingredients, except the cheese, in a casserole dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
