Eilene's Beef Barley Soup

Ingredients
4 Quarts of water2 Beef Bouillon Cubes1 Medium Onion chopped1 lb Ground Chuck12 Medium Mushrooms chopped1/8 cup of Barley uncooked1-14.5 oz can cut Green Beans2 Bay Leaves whole or chopped1 tsp Minced Garlic1 tsp Meat Tenderizer1 lrg Red Potato chopped1/2 tsp Oregano1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Pepper
Directions
Boil the ground chuck in 1 cup of water and drain.
Add the rest of the ingredients to cooking pot with the beef. Bring to a boil and continue for 10 minutes. Lower heat, cover and continue cooking for 45 minutes.
