Concentrate orange juice 6 oz1 cup nonfat milk1 cup water1 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 cup sugar8 ice cubes
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender except ice cubes. Blend together and add ice cubes one by one until smooth.

    This came out well. I sub'd Splenda for sugar. In my 5 c blender this almost overflowed the top! I will try making the recipe in half next time. - 7/25/13
