Pepper Tomato Olive Salad

Ingredients
3 Bell Peppers4 Plum Tomatoes2.5 oz Black Olives2.5 oz Green Olives2 Tbs Olive Oil
Directions
Broil Peppers about 5 minutes until charred and soft

Add Olive Oil to pan and allow to heat

Add Peppers and Tomatoes to pan, cook on medium heat until heated throughout

Place in bowl and top with olives, toss

Allow to cool before serving.

(I personally prefer to put in the fridge for about 30 minutes and eat it cold!)
