Low Fat Pineapple Fluff Cake

1 pkg. yellow cake mix3 eggs1 cup water1.5 oz. package vanilla sugar free puddiing mix2 1/4 cup milk8 oz. fat free cream cheese1 15 oz. can crushed pineapple, in pineapple juice8 oz. fat free whipped topping
Mix cake mix, water and eggs for 2 minutes. Put into 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350˚ for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes clean in center. Cool completely. MIx pudding mix and milk. Beat cream cheese and add to pudding mix. Spread pudding mix on top of cooled cake. Spread well-drained pineapple on top of pudding mix, then spread whipped topping on top of cake.
