Super Juicy Grain & Seed Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1 20-oz package lean ground turkey1/4 cup breadcrumbs1/2 cup multi-grain hot cereal (uncooked)2 tbsp ground flax seed1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning1/2 teaspoon pepper2 egg whites, beaten1 tbsp TJ's Island Soyaki
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Line a glass baking pan with aluminum foil and spray lightly with PAM or similar cooking spray.

Mix all ingredients well in a large mixing bowl. Shape into patties and place into lined pan. Bake on a high rack in oven at 375 for 25 minutes, then broil on high for the last 5 minutes if desired.

Serve on whole grain hamburger buns with light Jarlsberg Swiss cheese.

Makes 4-8 servings (depending on the size of burger desired).
