Turkey & Black Bean Chili

Ingredients
1Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2C Chopped Onions1.5tsp Oregano1.5tsp Ground Cumin1.5lbsLean Ground Turkey4Tbsp Chili Powder2 Bay Leaves1.5tsp Salt1 can Diced Tomatoes3C Reduced Sodium Beef Broth1 sm can Tomato Paste3 cans Reduced Soduim Black Beans, rinsed/drained
Directions
Refer to Ingredients List for specific ingredient preperation (ie, cumin should be ground; onions chopped, beans rinsed).

1. Heat oil in heavy large pot (medium heat). Add onions & saute until light brown/tender(9-11 minutes). Stir in oregano and cumin. Add turkey cook over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Stir in remaining ingredients, except beans. Bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer for about 45 minutes.

2. Add beans and simmer , about 10 minutes longer. Discard bay leaves and serve.
