Directions
Place all ingredients except the corn chips in a crockpot. Cook on high until the cheese is melted.
Chili may also be cooked on the stovetop over medium-high heat until cheese is melted.
When the chili is ready, add the crushed corn chips, if using, and simmer for 10 minutes to thicken. Garnish with more chips, cheese and/or sour cream and serve.

32 oz box of chicken stock3 cans of white beans5 cups cooked white chicken16 oz jar of salsa8 oz block of pepper jack cheese, grated2 t cumin2 cloves garlicblack pepper to taste1/2 cup corn chips (optional)

It actually makes about 18 1 cup servings. I have made it several times and it is awesome. My calculations it only has 266.7 cals per 1 cup serving. 9 fat grams. cholesterol 52, sodium 600 mg,carbs 39,fiber 6 g, and protein 26 grams. If you only divided into 4 servings it would be a 37 oz servin - 5/4/11
