Oven Roasted Veggies

Ingredients
Radishes 6 smallCelery 2 stalksPotato 4 smallBaby Carrots 30 MediiumSliced Mushrooms 2 cupsGreen Beans 3 cupsCauliflower 1 headBroccoli 1 BunchOnions 1 MediumOlive Oil 2 tbspSteak Seasoning 2 tsp
Directions
Chop all veggies up to be similar in size. Place in a large bowl with a top. Pour in Oil and Steak Seasoning. Toss veggies to coat. Put veggies on pan in single layer. Cook at 350 for 25 min. or until veggies are of desired softness.
Makes 10 1-cup servings.
