Peachy Fish Tacos

Ingredients
1 lb. tilapia2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil4 corn tortillas2 tbsp Peach Salsa1 cup chopped tomatoes1 cup romain lettuce
Directions
Heat a non-stick stillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Place fish in pan and saute for 4 minutes. Wrap fish into tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes, and peach salsa. Makes 4 servings.
