Spicy Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
2 Cans Ranch Style Black Beans1 Can Chicken Broth1 Can Ro Tel tomatoes w/green chiles1/2 Cup Chopped Onions1 Envelope Good Seasons Italian Dressing mix1 Container Minute Ready to Serve Brown Rice
Directions
Add 2 cans undrained black beans to pot. Mash with potato masher. Add Chicken broth, onions, tomatoes, dressing mix and 1 tsp curry powder. Bring to a boil and add rice. Simmer for 10 minutes. Can be served with grated cheese and sour cream.
