Ingredients
1.62 lbs. lean ground beef.25 c. minced onions.5 c. minced green pepper1 clove minced garlic2 egg whites.66 c. quick oats.66 sloppy joe sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine ground beef, minced onions, minced green pepper, minced garlic, beaten egg whites, quick oats and 2/3 of the sloppy joe sauce. Mix together well and let sit for 5 minutes. Then shape into a loaf and place into a shallow pan. Spread the remaining sloppy joe sauce on top and cook for 40 minutes. Cool for 15 to 20 minutes before cutting. Slice into 8 slices. Serves 4.
