7 Potatoes1/2 Cup Light Sour Cream1/2 Cup Butter3OZ Fat Free Cream Cheese1Tsp Salt1Tsp Pepper
Directions
Bring Potatoes to a boil then Cover and simmer till soft about 10 min. Then add all other ingredients, and mash. Makes about 8 -1/2 Cup servings.
