Strawberry Jello Ricotta Creme

Ingredients
Sugar Free Jello mix (powder)1 cup Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese1 cup water
Directions
Boil water and stir in powdered Jello mix until powder is dissolved. Add 1 cup ricotta to the blender, then pour the hot Jello mix over it. Cover and blend until smooth.

Pour into 4 individual serving bowls and chill at least an hour. Serve cold!

    I have tried this with whole Ricotta for my low carb Atkins husband, and he likes it. Plan to try lower fat for myself and daughter.
