Chicken Quesadillas

Ingredients
4 oz of braised chicken spiced with crushed red pepper, salt, and paprikagreen bell peppermixed cheesetomato2 flour tortillasOlive Oil Cooking Spray
Directions
Precook the chicken in a covered pan with water - add spices during cooking. After chicken is cooked, get a skillet and spray it with the olive oil cooking spray. Lay one flour tortilla in the pan and fill with chicken, cheese, bell pepper, and tomato. Lay another flour tortilla on top. Cook the tortilla in a skillet for a few minutes and then flip to the other side and cook for a few more minutes, spraying the skillet again before you cook the other side. Then cut the quesadilla into quarters with a pizza cutter.
