Ingredients
1/2 cup salted butter1/4 cup shortening1 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup honey1 large egg1 tsp vanilla1 cup oatmeal2 cups unbleached flour1 tsp salt1/2 tsp. soda1 cup raisins1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together butter, shortning, sugar, honey, egg and vanilla until creamy. Add dry ingredients; mix well. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 7-8 minutes until lightly browned. Makes about 3 dozen.
