Ingredients
Butter, salted, 40 grams (remove)Tabasco Sauce, 10 tsp (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)*Flour, white, 0.1 cup (remove)Olive Oil, 1 cup (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, fried, 700 grams (remove)
Directions
For sauce:
Melt buter and pour tabasco in it

For meat:
After defrosting meat pour eggs in glass and flour in bowl
cut meat into bite sized peices
Dip in eggs then flour
Then fry the chicken
Then dip into sauce and serve

    I decided to copy the quote in wrote down by SP, just as a way to remember that it does not depend on how healthy or greasy is a recipe to make it good or bad. It depends on our choices - 4/7/09

    Frying the chicken in the oil doesn't add all the oil to the total caloric count. I guess a way you could figure out how much of the oil was actually used is to measure what's left over (once it's cooled, of course). Then put only what was actually used into the recipe calculator and recalculate. - 4/7/09
