Chinese Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
2/3 c sushi rice1 1/4 lbs extra lean ground turkey1 egg white1 TBSP Sherry3 TBSP Soy Sauce2 tsp sugar1 scallion chopped1tsp grated fresh ginger
Directions
Soak rice overnight in water. Drain rice and spread out in shallow dish.

Mix all other ingredients and form meatballs. Wet hands make this process easier. Roll meatballs in soaked rice. Place well spaced in a steamer basket sprayed with cooking spray. Steam meatballs 30 minutes or until cooked through.

Serve with a stirfry of vegetables.
