Whole Wheat Applesauce Pancakes

1 cup Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour2 Egg Whites3/4 cup Skim Milk3 tsp packed Brown Sugar2 Tbsp Best Choice Natural Applesauce (w/vitC added)1/4 tsp salt3 tsp Baking Powder
First separate the yolk from the egg white. Slightly beat egg whites. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until moistened (do not overmix).
Heat pan or griddle to 375 degrees and coat with desired cooking spray or oil.
For each pancake pour about a 1/4 cup batter into pan or griddle. Cook pancake until it is puffy and starts to dry around the edges. Flip pancake and cook until golden brown.
