Ingredients
Sauce, Patak's, Mango Chicken Curry Cooking Sauce, 1.5 cupsFrozen Peas, Green Giant, Steamers (1 serving=.5c cooked), 2 cupsChicken Breast, Purdue Tender & Tasty, (Roasted), 32 ozEVOO, Bertolli (1 tbsp), 2 serving
Directions
Dice chicken and brown in nonstick skillet. Add peas and cooking sauce and simmer for about 20 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve over Kashi 7 whole grain pilaf for a great, healthy dinner!
