Sarah's Salmon and Rice PIlaf

Ingredients
2 salmon filets, roasted and flaked1 bundle asparagus, roasted and cut into pieces1 box Rice Pilaf1/2 c. dried cranberries1/4 c. green onions, choppedVinagrette:2 T olive oil2 t. dijon mustard1 T red wine vinegar
Directions
Roast salmon and asparagus. Flake salmon, cut up asparagus into bite sized pieces. Prepare Pilaf according to directions. combine the vinagrette ingredients. Combine all together, can be served warm or cold.
