Megan's Unstuffed Cabbage

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground beef (extra lean 7% fat)1 C chopped yellow onion1.5 lbs green cabbage - chopped1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes1 T brown sugar1 T White Vinegar
Directions
Brown meat and chopped onion in skillet.

Cut cabbage into strips and add to meat mixture. Cover and cook over medium heat 5-7 minutes or until cabbage wilts.

Stir in tomatoes, vinegar and sugar.

Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve over rice or eat plain.
