Thai BBQ Chicken (Thighs)

Ingredients
10 tablespoons of palm sugar (liquid form)10 tablespoons of fish sauce10 tablespoons dark soy sauce10 tablespoons of lemon grass, thinly sliced5 tablespoons of whiskey5 tablespoons of shallots, minced5 tablespoons of garlic, minced5 tablespoons of coconut milk3 tablespoons sesame oil1 tablespoon black pepper12 pieces chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
Directions
Makes 12 servings

Mix the marinade ingredients, except the coconut milk and in a saucepan or wok, simmer until reduced to about half the original volume. Allow to cool, and add the coconut milk, stirring until combined.

Marinade the meat* overnight in the refridgerator.

Grill on medium-high heat until the meat is thoroughly cooked.

* You can use this marinade with any kind of meat (poultry, pork, beef).
