Ground Turkey Corn Potato Hash

Ingredients
16 oz. ground turkey10 oz. Diced potatoes or hash browns16 oz. frozen sweet corn kernels3 tbsp. lite butter or butter flavored cooking spraySeasonings to taste (try Ms. Dash, chili powder or just salt and pepper), 1 servingAdditional vegetables of choices if desired
Directions
Spray skillet with cooking spray and scrambled ground turkey until browned.

In separate skillet cook potatoes on medium heat. After 8 to 10 minutes add lite butter or butter flavored cooking spray and frozen corn kernels. Cook for an additional 10 to 14 minutes. Add seasonings and mix well. Add ground turkey to potatoes and corn and serve warm.
