In large pot add tomatoes on med-high heat. In Large skillet heat olive oil and butter. Chop and saute onion and green pepper. Add mushrooms and chilpotle peppers. Season with Italian seasonings and salt and pepper to taste. Add peppers and onions to tomatoes add tomato paste, reduce heat. cook until reduced down. Brown vension an add to sauce.
