Easy Chilli

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef- browned and drained well 1 large onion chopped and browned with beef1 large can(14 oz) Diced tomatos and green chillies1 large can tomato sauce 15 oz1 can water1/3 cup wheat germ1/3 cup flax seed ground1 can fat free refried beans1/4 cup Williams chilli seasoning
Directions
Brown hamburger with onions and drain very well.
Add remaining ingrediants and simmer for 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally.
