Directions
1/2 cup Sliced Strawberries1 Large Banana3/4 cup of mango cubes15 - 45 grams of Whey Protein1/2 cup of Ice1 cup of Original Soy Milk
I used chocolate whey protein, but you can use whatever flavour you like. Also, 1 scoop is 15 grams which is what I used in this recipe. However, you can have between 15 - 45 grams (1 -3 scoops). On my whey protein container, 3 scoops is one serving which contain 37 grams of protein but different protein powders can vary.
All you have to do it get all of your ingredients together. Cut the banana into sections, cut the strawberries into slices, and cut the mango into slices as well. Add them in the blender. Then get your ice, I used crushed ice, and put it in the blender followed with your soy milk. Next, add your protein powder, like I said before, between 15-45 grams, however much you want to consumer, just don't go over 45 grams.
If you want a bigger shake, just double the ingredient amounts
Blend them all together and wallah! You have your tasty protein shake!
