Ingredients
3 medium potatoes1 pound lean ground beef1 medium onion2 1/2 cups of cabbage2 tsp of fresh garlic1/2 cup of water.
Directions
in a sauce pan fry ground beef with garlic. Add in onions, cabbage and put in 1/2 cup of water and spices of your choice.
In another pot boil potatoes in pot i like to cube mine big.
When ground beef, onions and cabbage reduce add in the potatoes to lightly brown them.
