Peg's Spicy Ginger Chicken

Ingredients
2 lbs Chicken, Cubed3 Tbs Peanut Oil4 Tbs Sugar4 Tbs White Wine Vinagar4 Tbs Soy Sauce1 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth2/3 Cup Scallions, Chopped1 Tsp Fresh Ginger2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes3 Tbs Corn Starch
Directions
Whisk chicken broth, sugar, soy sauce, corn starch, white wine vinegar and ginger. Set aside. In a large wok heat peanut oil. Add the scallions and red pepper flakes and cook for 2-3 min. Then add the chicken. When chicken is browned, add liquids and cook until sauce thickens.
