4 green bell peppers 2 cups tomato sauce1 cup of dry brown rice1 medium size onion1 lb ground beefSaltgarlic powder
follow instructions on package to cook rice,cook ground beef and onion in frying pan, cut the green peppers in half, remove stem and take guts out, mix rice, beef, and 1 cup of tomato sauce together, add garlic powder and salt to taste. Stuff the 8 pepper halves and add remaining tomato sauce over top of stuffed peppers. Bake about 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 8 servings.
