Ingredients
2 cups diced ham2 cups dried lentils1 large onion, chopped2 Carrots, peeled, diced2 stalks celery, diced2 potatoes, cubed, skins on1 cup tomato puree1 large can chicken broth16 oz. waterpepper, hot pepper sauce
Directions
Combine all in large pot, cook until lentils are tender and potatoes are done. Makes 6 hearty servings.

    Very good. Easy to prep and basically cooks itself with very little effort. To lower fat content even more, I used turkey ham and it still tastes great! - 5/23/07
