Chicken-Butternut Squash Soup

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts2 containers Pacific Foods Chicken Broth15 medium baby carrots, diced4 small celery stalks, diced2 cubes chicken bouillon 2 tbsp. salt1/2 tsp. black pepper1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped coarsely
Place all ingredients into large pot and cook on medium heat for one hour, or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken breasts. Dice and return to pot. Let cook for 10 more minutes. Serve hot.
