1 - 8'' tortilla2-4 T spaghetti sauce (any flavor) I like a LOT of sauce!1/4 c shredded chesse (I like Colby & Jack) (you may add a 1/2 teaspoon of sugar to the sauce to give it a little sweetness)
Place the tortilla on a flat pan and add the sauce and cheese. Place in an oven at about 350 for 5-8 minutes. I do it in the toaster oven to make it even easier. It's done when the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the tortila start to crisp. Quick Lunch! To reduce calories you can use a reduced fat cheese like Sargento and/or a lower calorie tortilla.
