5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients
4 Tbsp flour4 Tbsp Sweetner2 Tbsp cocoa.25 cup of egg beaters3 Tbsp 1% milk3 Tbsp oilsplash of vanillacoffee mug microwave safe
Directions
Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add egg and mix thoroughly. Pour milk and oil and mix well. Add chocolate chips (optional) and vanilla and mix again. Pour into mug and cook for 3 minutes. The cake will rise over top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a littte, and tip out onto a plate if desired. THEN EAT!

Cut in half to make two servings
