Blackened Grilled Flank Steak

Ingredients
1 T. Garlic Powder2 t. Ground Cumin2 t. paprika2 t. dried oregano1 t. kosher salt1 t freshly ground black pepper1/2 t. red pepper1 (2 lb) flank steak , trimmed
Directions
Combine first i7 ingredients; rub spice mixture over both sides of steak. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours.
Prepare grill.
Place steak on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 5 min. on each side. Let stand 10 minutes. cut diagonally across the grain into thin slices. Yield: 8 servings (3 oz)
