Savory Pork Chop with Sauerkraut

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil6 pork chops1 tbsp flour1/2 tsp cracked peppercorns1 tsp dry mustard2 cups sauerkraut1 apple, peeled, cored and grated1/2 cup chicken broth
Directions
1. In a skillet heat oil over medium high heat. Add pork chops, in batches and brown on both sides. Transfer to slow cooker stoneware. Sprinkle with flour, and dry mustard.
2. In a bowl, combine sauerkraut and grated apple. Spread over top of pork. Add chicken stock. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
