Turkey and rice soup

Ingredients
20 oz. pkg. extra lean ground turkey1 c. chopped onions2 T. minced garlic2 c. chopped celery2 c. chopped carrots2 c. slice mushrooms2 c. chopped tomatoes1.5 brown rice, uncooked1 T. poultry seasoning12 c. water
Directions
Brown turkey, onions, and garlic.

Add turkey, onion, and garlic mixture to soup pot. Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Bring soup to a boil, then lower heat, cover, and simmer until vegetables and rice are done. (Approx. 1 hour.)

Makes about eight 2-cup servings.
