Turkey Drumsticks with Plum Sauce

4 turkey drumsticks (2 1/2 to 3 lbs)2/3 plum sauce1/3 cup sliced green onions1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp cornstarch1 tbsp cold water3 cups cooked rice
1. Place turkey in slow cooker. Mix plum sauce, onions and soy sauce; pour over turkey.
2. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
3. Remove turkey from cooker. Cover with foil to keep warm
4. Remove any fat from sauce. Mix cornstarch and water; stir into sauce
5. Cover and cook on high for 15 to 20 minutes. Cut turkey from drumsticks. Serve with sauce and rice.
